I'm a multimedia journalist, writer and documentary assistant producer working across social issues, world affairs, the arts, food culture, and investigations.

I began my career in 2015 as a fashion, music and culture writer,  covering fashion week, live gigs, and exhibitions for both global titles including Wonderland and Rollacoaster, and national and independent print magazines, including Dazed, Bricks, Notion, Intern, and more. With it, I built a large portfolio profiling emerging talent, writing on trailblazing icons like Merce Cunningham, to interviewing the likes of grime stars Krept & Konan, and activist Munroe BergdorfDuring this time, I was Online Editor for an indie magazine covering creatives and artists, and I built the concept for my own independent publication, Mothership Magazine, inspired by the underground press and 70s music and cooking publications.

From 2019, I began to cover current affairs, social affairs and justice, including online censorship, violence against women, mental health, and the rise in civil disobedience in the UK, for titles including the i Paper, Dazed Digital, The Face, Screen Shot, and the Islington Gazette. In 2021, I received a master's degree in Newspaper Journalism from City, University of London.

In recent years, I have worked in documentary development as a freelance researcher and assistant producer for production companies including Mentorn, Specky and Hardcash. My work has included developing investigative current affairs stories for Channel 4's digital youth strand, and my own investigative film on one of Britain's biggest child abuse scandals.

As a freelancer, I also write, curate and produce newsletters for restaurants, utilising 15+ years of first-hand experience in the industry to write on hospitality culture and food.

In 2024, I was shortlisted for the Fern Academy Prize for my non-fiction essay, 'Bury Me Standing Up'. I am now represented by Laurence Laluyaux at Rogers, Coleridge and White Literary Agency.
